"Its reliably learned that Hon’ble CAT Ernakulam Bench has also granted stay on promotion of SDE through LDCE". Earlier, CAT Guwahati Bench & Chandigarh Bench has granted stays.
A lot of heat has been generated with respect to LDCE and its results, where some JTO's are eagerly waiting for the posting, counting days to take up the challenge of saving and serving BSNL at and entirely new level, while some are claiming that the exam was not conducted fairly, raising hue and cry.
At many places like Guwahati, Ernakulam, Chandigarh and Hyderabad JTO's have approached the CAT for Justice.
I ask how reasonable it is ?

These actions are totally uncalled for ... The one and only culprit is BSNL Management.

It is told that mostly 250-300 vacancies will be filled in AP circle and in case of Hyd it is very difficult and stay of 4 years and below may only be considered for retention. So what are the options. Tenure station or other SSA ? It is also learned that even for hard tenure, after its over we have to give 3 options for place of return instead of 1. If any one has the information, please clarify.

Dear LDCE 12 Qualified, it is understood that hon'ble cat hyderabad has also granted absolute stay for LDCE 2012. It is time to make analysis that one side promotion through seniority cum fitness in SDE cadre, ad hoc in DE cadre,efforts to make regularisation of officiating JTO etc are going in full swing and on the other side management is showing its inability to make the posting for LDCE qualified persons in the name of Court Case. It is a well calculated move of some vested interest in BSNL to prevent the Direct Recruits to get its first promotion even after 10 years ,perhapes the worst hr policy in the world. Now the time has come that we should not sit silently and see the happeninigs arround us, we have to come together and ensure that if management is too keen to issue the promotion of others then definitely we must be vigilent to stop all such promotion/regularization until a fair policy is not made in the hr system for Direct Recruits.Perhapes our one of the foundation demands regarding separate cadre for direct recruits must be louded in more effectively. We have to rethink whether we are being used by the promotee for their cause?? I also appeal to all qualified people to be united to retaliate the vested interest acting against us.
We have worked hard to pass the LDCE exam, even though it was made freaking mission-impossible and still we suffer, waiting our postings, Why cant we take action against this delay ? Is this the way our management treats its staff.
